摘要
以南京某石化公司排放的三聚氰胺废渣为原料,在对废渣中养分和重金属元素含量分析的基础上,通过黑麦草盆栽试验和大麦、油菜的大田肥效试验,研究了其农用资源化的可行性和相关技术指标。结果表明,废渣含氮44.83%±2.80%,pH值为8.35,Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd的含量分别为5.261±0.323、23.59±3.640、3.394±0.472mg·kg-1和<1mg·kg-1。三聚氰胺废渣是一种降解极为缓慢的缓释氮肥,当废渣氮占总用氮量的1/3时,增产效应和肥料N表观回收率与单施化学氮肥大体相当。废渣宜与多种化学肥料混合配制成颗粒状多元复混肥作为农作物基肥施用。
Based on the laboratory analysis of nutrients and heavy metals in melami ne waste,the agricultural applicab ility of melamine waste and the related technical specification of the usage were studied by pot experiments grown wit h ryegrass,and field experiments grown with barley and oil seed rape.Results showed(1)that the melamine waste with a pH8.35contained 44.83%±2.80of nitrogen and 5.261±0.323,23.59±3.640,3.394±0.472and <1mg ·kg -1 of Cu,Zn,Pb and Cd,respectively;(2)that data of the crop yields and the ap parent nitrogen recoveries fromthe treatment of 1/3melamine waste and f romthe treatment of fertilizer nitrogen had no significant difference;and(3)that the degradation of melamine waste was rather slow.We concluded that melamine waste mixed with other chemical nitrogen fertilizers coul d be used as the base nitrogen fertilizer to crops.
