从X线片上设计椎弓根螺钉入钉点的探讨 被引量：4

摘要 目的 :探讨胸腰段椎弓根螺钉入钉点的选定方法。方法 :1 996年～ 2 0 0 1年通过测量胸腰椎标准前后位X线片上椎弓根椭圆形投影的中心点与上一椎同侧下关节突下极及外侧缘的相互位置关系 ,以该下关节突为参照物 ,个体化选定椎弓根螺钉入钉点 ,临床应用 42例。结果 :所有病例术后拍X线片复查 ,椎弓根螺钉置入位置良好 ,骨折椎体恢复正常高度 ,椎体滑脱得以复位。结论 :根据胸腰段脊柱标准前后位X线片上椎弓根与同侧上一椎下关节突投影的相互位置关系 ,以该下关节突为参照物 ,动态选定椎弓根螺钉入钉点 ,是一个良好的方法。
