摘要
目的 :探讨人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法 :对 12例年龄 80～92岁股骨颈骨折患者 (头下型 9例 ,经颈型 3例 )。采用人工股骨头置换术。结果 :所有病人均安全度过手术期 ,无切口感染及严重并发症发生 ,优良率为 91.6 7%。结论 :人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨颈骨折 ,只要高度重视围手术期的处理 。
Objective:To report the clinical effect of hemiarthroplasty in the treatment of the femoral neck fracture for elderly patient.Methods 12 cases between the ages of eighty and ninety-two years had been treated with hemiarthroplasty.Results:All cases lived through the perioperative period,neither infection nor complication had been seen in these cases.91.67% were graded excellent/good in the group. Conclusion:Hemiarthroplasty is the good method in the treatment of the femoral neck fracture for elderly patients.
