摘要
目的了解成都地区糖代谢障碍及有关因素的现状。方法采取整群抽样方式调查成都市区人群 72 88例的人口统计学指标、社会经济因素、心血管危险因素、空腹血糖水平。结果成都市区糖尿病知晓率 2 2 .5 5 % ,治疗率 17.39% ,控制率 5 .5 9% ,血糖升高者约 10 .6万 ,糖尿病约 6 .82万 ,平均血糖水平女性有高于男性趋势 (中年更明显 ) ,血糖随年龄增高 ,≥ 6 .1～ 7者患病率 4 .88% ,>7.0者患病率 3.0 9% ,血糖水平与血压、年龄、甘油三酯、胆固醇、体质指数、心率、尿酸明显相关 ,尤其收缩压及甘油三酯联系更强。与糖代谢障碍相关的高血压、高甘油三酯、高胆固醇及超重更为常见。结论成都人群血糖水平、糖尿病患病率均有增高 ,而治疗及控制率低 ,血糖与多种危险因素有伴随关系 ,与高血压常共存 。
Objective To understand the current status of impaired glucose metabolism and its related factors in Chengdu.Method With cluster sampling method,7 288 individuals aged 18~80,male being 59 9% and female 40 1%,were randomly selected.The demography items,blood glucose,socioeconomic factors,and other cardiovascular factors were studied.Results In Chengdu downtown,the prevalence of IFG(impaired fasting glucose)was 4 88%,diabetes 3 09%.The awareness rate,therapeutic rate and control rate of DM were 22 6%,17 4% and 5 6%,respectively.The blood glucose metabolism of more than 200 000 residents aged 18~80 was impaired.Means of blood glucose were increased with age,and it was higher in women than in men.Level of blood glucose was correlated with systolic blood pressure,age,glyceride,total cholesterol,and BMI.Meanwhile,the relative risks of impaired glucose metabolism associated with hypertension,overweight,hypertriglyceride,stroke,myocardial infarction were higher in diabetics than that in non diabetics.Conclusion Prevalence of impaired glucose metabolism was significantly increased during last two decades,nevertheless the awareness,therapeutic and control rates were low.The prevention and control of DM had vital significance for the prevention and control of cardio cerebrovascular diseases.\;
