摘要
概述了我国环境影响评价中公众参与的发展历程,论述了当前建设项目环境影响评价中 公众参与存在的四个较突出的问题,并结合即将实施的环境影响评价法,提出了相应的改进对策。
This paper reviews the development history of public participation in environment impact evaluation and indicates the current problems arising thereof. With the anticipation of the adoption of the Law of Environment Impact Evaluation, some solutions to its improvement are put forward.
