摘要
该文在介绍、分析环境影响评价产生背景、国内外环境影响评价研究重点及环境影响评价发展趋势的基础上 ,着重介绍了我国环境影响评价的研究和实施情况 ,归纳、总结了我国环境影响评价制度中存在的一些问题 。
Based on the analysis of background of environmental impact assessment, the keypoints and the trend of EIA worldwide, the research and implementation of EIA in China are introduced. Furthermore, the problems of EIA in China are summarized and their countermeasures are suggested.
