无溶剂合成接枝聚合物SBS-g-MMA

摘要 以过氧化苯甲酰为引发剂,用既可作溶剂又可作共聚单体的甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)与SBS进行接枝共聚,在80℃下反应4h,得到了接枝聚合物SBS-g-MMA,并用红外光谱,核磁共振谱及透射电镜对其结构进行了表征。 The graft copolymerization of methyl meth-acrylate( MMA)onto styrene - butadiene - styrene block copolymer (SBS) was studied by using MMA as solvent and benzoyl peroxide as initiator . A grafted copolymer with SBS as backbone and PMMA as branches was synthesized . The graft reaction conditionswere : SBS amount 12.5 - 20 g , BPO amount 8.67 mol/L , 80°C , 4 h . The structure of the graft copolymer SBS-g-MMA was characterized by IR , NMR and TEM .
