摘要
目的 :探讨人体蠕形螨在体外存活的条件。方法 :采用透明胶带粘贴法获取螨虫 ,观察螨虫在高湿条件下 ,不同的介质中、不同温度环境中的存活情况。结果 :螨虫在高湿、 4℃条件下 ,在液体石腊介质中比在细胞培养液 (IMDM、DMEM)和 5 0 %及 70 %甘油中存活时间长 ,最长者达 13天 ;在高湿、液体石蜡中 ,15℃环境中比在 4℃、 2 8℃、 37℃环境中存活时间长 ,最长者 17天。结论 :液体石蜡、 15℃、高湿为人体蠕形螨较适宜的体外存活条件。
Objective\ To probe the conditions for the survival of Demodex folliculorum in Vitro. Methods\ The mites were collected with adhesive cellophane tape technique, put in various media under the various conditions, and observed once a day. Results\ Under the conditions of 4℃, high humidity, the time of surval of mites in paraffin oil was longer than that in cell culture media (IMDM, DMEM), glycerine (50%, 70%) respectively, and the longest was 13 days. Under the conditions of humidity, the time of survival of mites in paraffin oil at 15℃ was longer than that at 4℃, 28℃, 37℃ respectively, and the longest was 17 days. Conclusion\ Paraffin oil, 15C and high humidity may be beneficial to the mites' survival in Vitro.
