摘要
绿色壁垒已成为影响我国外贸发展的重要因素之一 ,加入WTO一年后我国外贸出口面临的这一问题更加突出。本文对绿色壁垒问题进行了理论和实践分析 ,主要考察其对我国外贸出口的负面影响及我国外贸出口所面临的绿色壁垒的变化情况 ,最后探讨了应对措施。
Green barrier has been one of the most serious factors affecting our e xport trade , and it will be more serious after the access to the WTO. O the the oretical and practical analysis, the negative effect and the new situation of gr een barrier for our export trade are reviewed, and some measures are considered.
