摘要
报道了木犀草素和奥洛波尔的合成。通过氯甲基甲醚保护相应醛、酮的酚羟基先合成查尔酮 ,进而方便地制备多羟基黄酮或异黄酮化合物。以间苯三酚为原料计 ,木犀草素和奥洛波尔的总收率分别为 2 2 %和 15 %。
The syntheseis of luteolin and orobol were described. Methoxymethyl chloride was used as a facile protecting group for free hydroxyls in the preparation of polyhydroxy derivatives of chalkones, flavones and isoflavones. The overall yields of luteolin and orobol, calculated from phloroglucinol as the starting material, were 22% and 15%, respectively.
