摘要
本文介绍了用国产塑料级及纤维级聚丙烯切片在西德纽马格公司生产的纺丝-拉伸-变形-卷绕机上,一步法生产丙纶BCF,并对生产工艺、产品物理指标及成本等作了比较,认为国产塑料级聚丙烯切片加少量降温母粒生产丙纶BCF是可行的,其产品质量接近于纤维级原料生产的BCP。
This paper introduces the production of PP BCp using domestic made plastic grade and fiber grade PP chips by one-step method on the German Neumag Co.'s spin-draw-tcxturc-winding machine also a comparison is made in production technology, products property and production cost It is considered that the domestic plastic grade PP chips can be used for producing BCF when a little stabilizer is added, the quality approaches that of the product made from fiber grade PP.
