根据生产实际 ,探讨了丙纶 BCF毛丝产生的原因及控制措施。通过优化原料、调整工艺、保持设备完好状态 ,使其毛丝明显减少。
The reason causing PP BCF broken filament and controlling measures were discussed based on production practice. The broken filament can be decreased by optimizing raw material, adjusting process and improving machines.
