摘要
近年来,企业人力资本投资的力度越来越大。但是,许多企业的人力资本投资的经济效果并不理想,究其原因,主要是在投资之前缺乏对人力资本投资的风险进行有效的评估。通过对企业外部环境、内部条件和人力资源个人三个方面进行全面分析,提出企业人力资本投资的风险评估指标体系,并提出了进行绝对风险评估和相对风险评估的模糊综合评价模型和层次分析模型,为企业进行人力资本投资的风险评估提供一套有效的定量分析方法。
In recent years, enterprises are investing more and more money in human capital. However, the investment does not produce desirable economic benefits. This can be attributed to lack of efficient evaluation of the risks in the investment of human capital before the investment. After the overall analysis of enterprises' external environment, internal conditions and human resources themselves, an index system of evaluation of the risks in the investment of human capital is constructed, and a fuzzy integrated evaluation model of the absolute risks is put forward, and a analytic hierarchy process model of the relative risks is put forward too in this thesis. It will give enterprises a efficient quantitative analytic method to the evaluation of the risks in the investment of human capital.
