摘要
建立企业人力资源管理风险预警指标体系,便于企业对人力资源管理风险进行早期识别和诊断.文章采用理论分析、专家设计、问卷调查、多数选择的逻辑线路,得出企业人力资源管理风险预警的指标体系.并给出人力资源管理风险的模糊综合评判方法.这种方法便于企业提高企业人力资源管理的效率.
A warning index system of risk in human resource management is established to identify and diagnose,the risk in human resource management early.The index are determined by the methods of theoritioal analysis,expert designing,questionnaire investigation and logical route to select majority.The synthetical fuzzy assessment of the risk in human resources management is proposed by the arthors.The method makes resource management in corporations efficiently.
