摘要
大学教师是一个特殊的群体 ,在日益变化的社会中 ,大学教师的角色正悄然发生变化。从大学教师面临的挑战入手 ,提出了大学教师的角色定位 ,认为大学教师应该是具有现代教育观念的教育者 ,具有教育教学能力的研究者 ,具有课程开发能力的组织者 。
The university teachers are a special group and their role is undergoing silent changes in the rapidly changing society. Along with the challenges that the teachers face, the issue of positioning of their role is raised. It is argued that the university teachers should be educators with modern educational concepts, researchers with educational and teaching capability, organizers with course development ability and learners with sustainable development capacity.
