摘要
高等教育质量不是一个单一的概念 ,而是一个多维的、多样化的概念。在高等教育质的发展和量的发展的对立统一中 ,我们必须树立强烈的质量意识 ,以提高我国的国民素质、科技水平和国际竞争力。这是因为 ,人才培养质量是高等教育与社会发展的结合点。另外 ,从高等教育的可持续发展来看 。
The quality of higher education is but a multi dimensional and many sided concept. In the unity of opposites between the raise of quality and the increase in quantity, there must be a strong awareness of quality in order to upgrade people's general quality, scientific level and international competitive capability, the reason of which is that the training of talents is the common ground both higher education and social development share. In the light of sustainable development of higher education, the raise of quality is more important than the increase in quantity.
