摘要
笔者总结了648例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者术后疼痛的观察与护理。分别阐述腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者术后腹部切口疼痛、肩部疼痛、腰部疼痛、四肢疼痛、咽喉部疼痛的护理。认为腹腔镜胆囊切除术手术虽然创伤小、疼痛轻,但术后疼痛仍然是护理工作的重点之一。
cases of consecutive patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecyst ec tomy(LA)were observed and nursed about the pain after LC.After LC,542cases(13.58 %)felt pain in the abdomen,134cases(20.68%)the shoulder pain,88cases(13.58%)the waist pain,115cases(17.44%)the four limbs pain,46cases(7.99%)the laryngopharynx pain.We think that,after LC,the observation and nursing of the pain is always on e of the focal point of nursing in spite of small wound and slight pain by LC.
