摘要
目的 研究抑郁症患者前额叶执行控制功能。方法 抑郁症患者执行视觉分辨的go/nogo任务时在其前头部CZ和FZ 处记录事件相关电位 (ERPs)的变化 ,并对go与nogo时P30 0幅值、潜伏期进行比较。结果 在前头部 ,正常人nogo时P30 0潜伏期和幅值均大于go时 ,呈现nogo前部化现象 (nogo anteriorization)。而抑郁症患者go反应时延长 ,go/nogo任务正确率明显下降、错误率明显增加 ,P30 0潜伏期明显延长 (P <0 .0 5) ,且nogo时P30 0潜伏期和幅值均与go时相差不显著 ,nogo前部化现象消失。结论 抑郁症患者执行go/nogo任务有一定困难 。
Objective To study prefrontal executive control function in depressed patients. Methods Event related potentials were recorded at C Z and F Z in 12 depression patients and 15 age and sex matched healthy subjects when they perform go/no go task.Results The amplitude of no go P300 is higher than that of go P300(P<0.05)(no go anteriorization) in healthy subjects. The latency of P300 in depressed patients is longer than that in healthy subjects, but there is no difference in amplitude between no go P300 and go P300 in depressed patients at C Z and F Z. Moreover, the error rate increased significantly in depressed patients performing go/no go task. Conclusion The disapperance of no go anteriorization maybe an indication of a disturbed prefrontal executive control function in depressed patients.
