摘要
采用Iodogen法制备[^(125)]-心得静,结果提示此标记法具有操作简便、标记率高(91.50±4.52%)等特点,优于目前采用的氯胺T法。制备的[^(125)I]-心得静与大白鼠肺组织膜蛋白的结合具有饱和性、特异性和可逆性,符合配基与受体结合的规律。
The 125I-iodopindolol was prepared with the lodogen or Chloramine-T method. The result suggested that iodination of pindolol with lodogen was more simple and had a higher iodinating rate. The binding of 125I-iodopindolol to membrane protein of rat lung tissue was specific, saturable and reversible.
