萘系高效减水剂合成工艺改进的应用研究 被引量:8

摘要 萘系减水剂多年来一直存在着泌水、离析和坍落度经时损失大等缺点。本文发现,通过(1)延长缩合时间(2)加入改性S酸两条途径,在降低坍落度损失的同时,能大幅度降低泌水;且经分析发现,加入11%的改性S酸后成品的羧基含量、得率有所提高,磺化度提高10%。 For years naphthalene series water reducers have been subject to several drawbacks such as bleeding, segregation and foot slump loss. Research found that (1) lengthening condensation time and (2) addition of modified S acid could lower slump loss and greatly decrease bleeding as well. Further finding proved that addition of 11% modified S acid led to increase of carboxyl group content and 10% increase of sulphonation.
