聚羧酸高效减水剂的分子设计与合成及性能表征

摘要 依据减水剂的作用机理,用自制单体设计、合成一种新型聚羧酸盐减水剂,得出其最佳合成配方及工艺为:m(马来酸酐)∶m(丙烯酸聚乙二醇单酯)∶m(丙烯基磺酸钠)=1∶3∶2.4;选用1%的K2S2O8为引发剂、反应温度85℃、反应时间6h。试制产品性能测试结果表明:该聚羧酸减水剂具有优良的分散能力、和易性好,其最佳掺量为0.3%,能显著减小水泥净浆的流动度经时损失。经红外光谱分析表明,合成产物的分子结构与设计的分子结构基本一致。 Based on the action mechanism of water reducing agent,a new polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent was designed and synthesized by self made monomer and the optimum synthesizing formula and process were obtained i.e.m(maleic anhydride):m(acrylic acid-polyglycol monoester ):m(propenyl sodium sulfonate)=1:3:2.4,select 1% K2S2O8 as initiator,reaction temperature 85 ℃ and reaction time 6 h.The result of test on property of trial product showed that the polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent has excellent dispersibility and good workability,remarkably reduce the loss of fluidity of cement paste via a certain period of time with optimum adding amount of 0.3%.Infrared spectrum analysis showed that molecular structure of synthetic product basically coincides with that of designed one.
