摘要
目的 :探讨传统体育项目锻炼对绝经女性骨密度的影响。方法 :将 6 0名绝经女性 ,随机分为非体育锻炼组和跳绳、木兰拳、太极拳套路及太极推手等 4个运动组 ,经 10个月的实验。结果 :非锻炼组骨量丢失 ,骨密度下降 (P <0 .0 5) ,4个运动组的骨密度均增加 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1) ,其中太极推手组所测各指标及跳绳组桡、尺骨骨密度增加得更明显 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :跳绳、木兰拳及太极拳等传统体育项目锻炼对绝经女性骨密度的影响是积极的 ,是绝经女性抵抗骨量丢失、促进骨密度增大的有效运动 ,并且太极推手对腰椎和前臂及跳绳对前臂骨的影响更为明显。
Objective:It is to study the effect of traditional sports on menopause female's bone density.Methods:The 90 menopause women are randomly divided into a common group,4 movement groups of rope skipping,magnolia boxing,shadowboxing and shadow pushing hand.Experment has been done in10 months.Result:The bone quantity of women in common group is lost,and their bone densities descended(p<0.05).The bone densities inthe 4 movement groups are increased. All indexes in the group of shadow pushing hand and the bone densities of oar and ulna in the group of rope skipping are significantly increased(P<0.01)Conclusion:Rope skipping,magnolia boxing and shadowboxing affect actively menopause female's bone density.They are effective movements for menopause women to resist losing bone quantity and to increase bone density,and the effect of shadow pushing hand on lumbar ands along with the one of rope skipping on forearm bones are more obvious.
