摘要
核桃叶提取物对杨毒蛾具有较强的胃毒作用,不同浓度处理对死亡率的影响达极显著水平。致死中时(LT50)以稀释5倍液处理最短,杀虫效果与原液无显著差异。研究结果还表明,核桃叶提取物对杨毒蛾无拒食和触杀作用,但有一定的抑制发育的作用。
The results of this study showed that the walnut leaves extract had a powerful stomach poisoning action on Stilpnotia candida. The death rate of Stilpnotia candida treated with different concentrations of the extract were differert significantly. Among various concentrations of the extract, the 5 times dilution had the shortest LT50, but its insecticidal effect had no obvious difference between the solution and the primary solution. The results also showed that the walnut leaves extract had no antifeeding and contacting effect, but it could inhibit development of Stilpnotia candida.
