摘要
温度在25℃、空气相对湿度分别为(95±5)%、(85±5)%、(75±5)%、(65±5)%时,用球孢白僵菌感染杨毒蛾的2龄幼虫。试验表明,相对湿度越高白僵菌的致病力越高,杨毒蛾幼虫的死亡率也越高,各湿度下幼虫的LT50分别为6.799、8.325、10.672、12.597d。
Beauveria bassiana was tested to infect the 2nd larvae of Stilpnotia candida at 25 ℃ with different relative humidity. It was proved that the pathogencity of Beauveria bassiana and the mortality of larvae were higher at high humidity. The LT50 for the 2nd larvae were 6.799, 8.325, 10.672 and 12.597 d at 25 ℃, with (95 ± 5)%, (85 ± 5)%, (75 ± 5)% and (65 ± 5)% relative humidity, respectively.
