摘要
从混凝土的渗透性出发 ,对混凝土耐久性进行长期试验 ,研究掺粉煤灰对混凝土耐久性能的影响。试验表明 ,粉煤灰等量取代水泥的混凝土 ,随着粉煤灰掺量增加 ,混凝土的渗透性降低 ,试件碳化深度加大 ,钢筋锈蚀失重率呈增加趋势 ,但掺灰量不超过 3 0 %对保护钢筋不受侵蚀有利 ;超量取代 10 %粉煤灰的试件抗碳化性能有较大程度的改善 ,混凝土中钢筋锈蚀失重率也比基准混凝土小得多。
This paper investigated the influence of fly ash to the durability of concrete by a series laboratory tests. The results show that when cement is replaced by fly ash with same content, the permeability of concrete is decreased, and to some extent, the carbonation depth and the steel bar corrosion rate is increased. It's advantageous of the fly ash to protect the steel bar from corrosion when the content is lower than 30 percent. The carbonation resistance capability of concrete is improved and the steel bar corrosion rate is much lower than normal concrete when added 10 percent fly ash additionally.
