摘要
由于城市和农村在工资与就业机会方面存在着不均衡 ,因此 ,在改革开放后 ,我国农村劳动力产生了大规模的迁移。本文用logistic模型描述迁移过程中的混沌现象。这种混沌现象因信息和迁移人数等因素而实际存在。然而 ,由于传统的春节造成的劳动力迁移的周期性 ,使人们忽视了这种混沌现象。
With the reforming and opening of our country, lots of rural surplus labors transfer from the rural to the urban because of non-equilibrium in wage and employment chance between the urban and the rural . In transferring process, there exist chaotic phenomena because of information and the quantity of initial moving. Such phenomena are often covered up by the labor force circular moving due to the traditional Spring Festival. A logistic model is employed to describe the chaotic phenomena.
