摘要
采用高速摄影及影片解析的方法,探讨了短跑途中跑支撑阶段人体质心速度变化产生的机制及其动力过程、技术过程,为完善短跑理论、指导教学训练和进一步研究提供借鉴。研究结果表明,前支撑阶段是途中跑重要的动力过程,优秀短跑选手支撑阶段髋角运动范围有顺时针前移的趋势,并在此基础上重新认识了髋、支撑腿、摆动腿的工作特征和作用,提出了相应建议。
By means of high-speed photography and film analysis, the mechanism produced by the changes of the velocity of the center of body mass at the supporting phase of running at full speed after start in sprinting, its dynamics and technique were discussed to provide reference for further studying and perfecting the theory of sprint as well as guiding teaching and training. It was indicated that the front supporting phase is an important dynamical course of running at full speed after start. The hip movements of the elite sprinters at the supporting phase trend to move forward clockwise. On this basis, the characters and role of the movements of the hip, the supporting leg and the free leg were recognized over again. And corresponding suggestions were put forward as well.
