摘要
选择40只2月龄獭兔,在低蛋白日粮水平下研究其对赖氨酸的需要量。饲粮赖氨酸水平分为0.5％、0.65％、0.80％和0.95％4个处理。基础日粮CP 14.31％,其他营养水平均参考NRC(1977)推荐值。经回归分析得到2个方程,结果表明,当獭兔赖氨酸日采食量达0.686g时,获得最佳增重效果;采食量为0.689g时,饲料转化效率最高。以平均日采食量93.71g计,饲粮赖氨酸水平应为0.73％,达到最佳生长效果。
40 two - month - old rex rabitts were used to determine the requirement for lysine. The diet was in low protein. Dietary lysine levels in 4 treatment groups were 0. 50% , 0. 65% , 0. 80% and 0. 95% respectively. Other nutrients refer to NRC (1977) recommendation. Two regression equations were established. The results showed that average daily gain( ADG) was the highest when daily intake of lysine was 0. 686g and feed coversion efficiency (FCE) was the highest when daily intake of lysine was 0. 689g according to the equations. When lysine level in diet was 0. 73% at an ADF of 93. 71g,the rabbit can achieve the optimum performance.
