摘要
试验采用了L(933)正交设计,在以玉米、豆粕为主要原料的日粮中添加不同水平的赖氨酸、蛋氨酸和色氨酸,3种氨基酸各设3个水平,共9个处理,每个处理3个重复,每个重复3笼,每笼饲养15只试验鸡。研究不同赖氨酸、蛋氨酸和色氨酸水平对0~5周龄金陵中型三黄母雏血清生理生化指标的影响,探讨0~5周龄广西金陵中型三黄鸡母雏对这3种氨基酸的适宜需要量。结果表明,赖氨酸水平的改变对试验鸡血清中的甘油三酯(TG)含量有显著的影响(P<0.05),对试验鸡血清中的尿酸(UA)含量有极显著的影响(P<0.01);蛋氨酸水平的改变对试验鸡血清中的UA含量有极显著的影响(P<0.01);色氨酸水平的改变对试验鸡血清中的尿素氮(BUN)含量有极显著的影响(P<0.01)。综合这3种氨基酸的3个水平对试验鸡血清生理生化指标的影响,这3种氨基酸最适宜的水平分别为:赖氨酸1.09%、蛋氨酸0.45%、色氨酸0.21%。
The 3×3 fractional factorial design of orthogonal experimental design was used, Corn and soybean as the main raw material, different levels of lysine, methionine and tryptophan were supplemented in the diets, these kinds of amino acids were designed with 3 different levels, the experiment formed 9 treatment groups, 3 replications for each treatment group, and 3 cages were included in each replication, and 15 test chickens were feed in each cage. The experiment was conducted to study the effect of dietary lysine, methionine and tryptophan on serum biochemical parameters of the medium-sized growth rate of 0-5 weeks of young female chickens of Guangxi Jinling three yellow chicken, and investigate the appropriate requirements of lysine, methionine and tryptophan of these test chickens. The results showed that the changes of the levels of lysine effected significantly on the TG occurring in blood serum of the test chickens (P〈0.05), and effectted high significantly on the UA occurring in blood serum of the test chickens (P〈0.01); the changes of the levels of methionine effectted high significantly on the UA occurring in blood serum of the test chickens (P〈0.01); the changes of the levels of tryptophan effectted high significant on the BUN occurring in blood serum of the test chickens (P〈0.01). Compared the impact on growth performances and serum biochemical parameters of the test chickens with the 3 levels of the 3 kinds of amino acids, the most appropriate level of these 3 kinds of amino acids were: lysine 1.09%, methionine 0.45%, tryptophan 0.21%.
