摘要
介绍了光学相干层析 ( OCT)成像技术的原理及应用 ,阐述了自行研究建立的OCT系统 ,给出了利用该系统得到的实际生物样品光学相干层析图像 ,对系统性能和结果作了分析 。
We introduce Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) including its principle and application.Then,we illustrate an Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) developed in our experiment. And we obtain practical sample OCT images by this OCT system.The properties and experimental results of OCT system are analyzed.Some factors that affect the property of the system are studied and some improving ideas are presented.
