摘要
就自由基的产生、对人体的损伤与疾病及自由基清除剂的作用进行了系统的综述。并对天然自由基清除剂五味子提取物的开发做了论述。
In this paper,the production,damage and illness for body of the free radicals and abstraction of Schisanhenol are summarized.
