摘要
本实验以传统中药五味子 (Schizandra chinensis Baill)为材料 ,通过口服观察小鼠红细胞内 SOD和 CAT的活力变化情况。实验表明 ,小鼠口服五味子提取液后 ,小鼠体内红细胞中SOD和 CAT活性均呈峰形增加 ,0 .5h左右达最大吸收值。
The experiment have proved that feeding mice with the extractixes of Schizandre Chinensis Baill (SCB) can intensity SOD and CAT activity in the mice red cell The results show that the mice was given different oral 20～50 u/g body weight the SOD and CAT activity in red cells increases in shape of peak,appeared maximan absorbtion about 0 5h
