摘要
能否充分实现管理育人的职能 ,关键就在于一所高校的德育管理水平的高低。一所高校只有德育管理水平达到了较高水平 ,才能大兴管理育人之风 ,管理育人的职能才能得到充分实现。
Whether or not the educational function of management c an be performed satisfactorily in a college of university is determinde by the m anagement level of moral education And only when the management of moral educati on reaches a comparatively high level can the practice of educating through mana ging be energetically encouraged and seen to work well.
