山楂对高血压病患者血浆同型半胱氨酸含量的影响 被引量:35

摘要 目的 探讨高血压病患者血浆同型半胱氨酸的含量及中药山楂的干预作用。方法 对 36例高血压病患者 (EH组 )治疗前后的血浆同型半胱氨酸含量进行检测 ,并以 36例体检正常者作为对照组。结果 EH组与对照组治疗前血浆同型半胱氨酸含量间差别有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1) ,EH组治疗前、后血浆同型半胱氨酸含量间差别有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论 高血压病患者血浆同型半胱氨酸含量明显高于正常人 。 Objective To detect plasm homocysteine of essential hypertensine(EH) and intervention effects of hawthorn fruit on it.Methods The plasm homocysteine of thirty-six patients with E H were assessed as well as thirty-six healthy control subjects.Results The concentration of plasm homocysteine in EH before treatment was significantly higher than that in control subjects(P<0 01).The concentration of plasm homocysteine in EH decreased significantly after treatment of hawthorn fruit(P<0 01).Conclusion Plasm homocysteine in EH was significantly higher than that in normal persons,and hawthorn fruit could decrease plasm homocysteine of EH.
