摘要
三峡工程金属结构工程量为世界之最,为了确保枢纽工程的正常运行,延长其金属结构的使用寿命,长江委设计院与大专院校及科研单位合作在三峡地区对金属结构防腐蚀涂装材料及工艺在不同的环境条件下进行了耐候性、耐蚀性、耐磨性及环保性等方面的试验,并对国内外水工金属结构腐蚀与防护的现状及发展趋势进行了大量的调查研究,对三峡地区的防腐环境条件进行实地抽样调查和原型观测,提出了不同工况金属结构防腐蚀的保护年限,确定了不同环境条件下的防腐蚀涂装材料、防腐蚀措施、涂装工艺等技术要求。对三峡金属结构防腐措施的研究,为三峡工程金属结构防腐蚀提供了最先进的防腐蚀技术,优质的防腐蚀材料,完美而科学防腐蚀配套体系及严谨而可行的涂装工艺要求。确保了三峡工程金属结构的安全运行和保护寿命,为水利行业的金属结构防腐蚀水平的提高奠定了坚实的理论基础。
The Three Gorges project (TGP) ranks first in the world in terms of the quantities in metal structures. In order to ensure the normal operation of the project and prolong the service cycle of the metal structures, the Design Institute of the Changjiang Water Resources Commission, in connection with many universities and research institutions, proposed protection time limits of anti-corrosion metal structures under various operation conditions and technical requirements for anti-corrosion paintings and decoration materials, and anti-corrosion measures and processing procedures under various environmental conditions, following tests dealing with durability, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance and environment protection of anti-corrosion paintings and workmanships under various climate and circumstances in the Three Gorges area, an extensive investigation on the current situation and development trend of anti-corrosion of hydraulic metal structures at home and abroad as well as sampling survey and prototype observation on anti-corrosion environment conditions in the Three Gorges region. These efforts will not only ensure safe operation and also lay a solid theoretical foundation for improvement of corrosion protection of metal structures in water resources and hydro sectors.
