摘要
利用ANSYS软件建立了某弧形闸门三维有限元模型并模拟其表面锈蚀,通过对比分析闸门表面未设锈坑、设置锈坑两种情况,得出锈蚀对弧形闸门内力分布及静力稳定的影响不可忽视、对现役工作闸门实行定期的检测和维护是必要的。
ANSYS software is used to establish 3-D finite element model of a radial gate and simulate its surface corrosion. Comparison analysis is carried on under two different conditions which are set and not set rust delves on its surface. It is shown that the influence of corrosion to the size and distribution of the internal forces of radial gate and its static stability could not be ignored. It's necessary that the working radial gate must be monitored and maintained regularly.
