摘要
目的了解城市社区居民卫生科普资源的利用情况,为做好城市社区卫生科普工作提供依据。方法采用定量调查的方法,对沈阳市1 273名社区居民进行问卷调查。结果社区卫生科普资源的利用率较高,有50%以上的居民接触过社区卫生科普板报、专栏、宣传单、讲座、小册子,居民每周利用2～3个小时阅读、收听、观看卫生科普相关信息;社区居民对电视、广播、报刊等大众媒体的利用率较高,而对网络、光盘等现代化传播方式的利用率相对较低。结论要充分发挥大众媒体在卫生知识传播中的作用,对传统的传播方式深入研究、坚持使用;同时,进一步探索有效的现代传播方式,使传统方式与现代方式相互补充、相互结合,共同发挥向社区居民普及卫生科普知识的作用。
Objective To study the utilization of popular health resources in community in Shenyang City and provide the evidence for community health popularity.Methods Based on quantitative investigation,the survey of 1273 community residents was carried out by questionnaires.Results The utilization of popular health resources in city community was higher.More than 50% of residents had contacted community health science popularity columns,propaganda sheets,lectures,and booklets.Residents spend 2 or 3 hours reading,listening and watching popular health related information every week.Community residents made use of television,radio,newspapers and other mass media to get health information more freqently,but made use of the right network,CD-ROMs and other modern forms of communication less.Conclusion We should give full play to the mass media in health knowledge.We make in-depth research of the traditional mode of transmission.At the same time,we further explore the modern means of communication.Traditional ways and modern methods complement each other and jointly play a role.
