摘要
分析了现有 CAD系统中 ,数学模型的问题和不足 ,主要表现在 :现有的 CAD系统的数学模型 ,没有解决产品设计过程中物理问题的处理能力。为了解决这一问题 ,本文在国际上首次提出了产品全生命周期信息的物理模型这一全新的概念。给出了产品物理模型的结构 ,提出了产品物理模型数据的 EXPRESS Schema模式。应用产品物理模型 ,可以极大地方便产品的设计和分析处理 ,极大地缩短产品开发和设计周期 ,确保产品设计质量和正确性。本文成功地用产品物理模型的思想和技术实现了对机床主轴箱的设计 ,实现了产品物理模型及其成功应用。应用实例清楚地表明了产品物理模型的正确应用 。
This paper analyses the problems and insufficiencies of the mathematical model in current CAD systems and product lifecycle information model. For example, there is no non geometrical mathematical model data in CAD system, and the existing models are insufficient to resolve the physical problems. We put forward the new conception of product physical model for product lifecycle information model based on product assemble model for the first time in the world. This study defines the content of the data structure of product physical model, brings forward the EXPRESS Schema of the data structure of the product model. Using this physical model, designers can greatly reduces the developing time, enhances the working ability, insures the quality of the design. This paper has successfully realized the design of a machine tool headstock using the concept and technology of the products physical model. This application show that the right application of the product physical model data may greatly shorten the developing time, improves the design efficiency and quality.
