摘要
分析了振动监测对机床加工的重要性和虚拟仪器技术的优势,提出了一种基于虚拟仪器技术的振动测试系统,并讨论了这种测试系统的原理以及硬件和软件的实现。测试系统采用美国NI公司的PCI-6024E数据采集卡,在LabVIEW编程环境下,实现了对振动信号的数据采集、显示、存储及分析,并应用于机床主轴箱振动信号的测试与分析。
The importance of vibration monitoring for machining and advantages of virtual instrument are analyzed. A vibration test system of equipment based on virtual instrument is introduced. The theory of this system and realization of hardware and software are discussed. The test system adopts PCI-6024E data acquisition card of American NI company, and realizes data acquisition, showing, storage and analysis under the environment of LabVIEW. It has been successful used in the test and analysis of vibration for headstock.
