摘要
目的 探讨p5 3与放射线诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡的关系。方法 利用免疫组化SAB法及原位DNA末端标记技术 (TUVEL)对 4 6例上颌窦癌进行了研究。结果 4 6例均不同程度地发生了细胞凋亡 ,其中 ,放射线治疗前AI为 4 3± 2 1,治疗后AI为 8 9± 3 4 ,治疗前后AI差异显著 (P <0 0 5 )。另外 ,4 6例中 p5 3阳性染色率为 6 5 % (30 / 4 6 ) ,p5 3阳性病例的AI为 7 1± 3 5 ,p5 3阴性病例的AI为 9 3± 4 6 ,p5 3阴性病例的凋亡敏感性更高一些 ,经统计学检验 ,p5 3表达与AI之间并无相关 (P >0 0 5 )。 结论 放射线可诱导肿瘤细胞发生凋亡 ,野生型p5
Objective To explore the relationship between the expression of p53 and tumor cells apoptosis induced by radioactive rays.Methods Paraffin-embedded specimens from 46 patients of maxillary sinus carcinomas were studied by immunohistochemical technique SAB and TUNEL.Results Apoptosis was found in varied degrees in the 46 patients, in which apoptotic index(AI) was 0 05±0 01 before radiotherapy and was 0 57±0 21 after it, and it was of statistical significance( P <0 05).In addition, the positive rate of p53 was 40%(8/20) and AI was 0 11±0 06.However, the AI was 0 93±0 74 and apoptotic sensitivity was high in p53 negative cases. There was not relationship between the expression of p53 and AI with statiscal test.Conclusion Wild-type p53 may regulate in some way and induce tumor cell apoptosis.
