摘要
目的为了探明放射线治疗宫颈癌的作用机理。方法采用60Co照射体外培养的宫颈癌细胞株,用不同剂量,在照射后不同的时间观察细胞形态学改变及DNA断裂情况。结果发现受照细胞在小吸收剂量(400cGy)照射后出现异常增生,随着剂量增大时间延长,出现细胞凋亡,并逐渐增多。结论表明放射线是通过诱导细胞凋亡而发挥抑制宫颈癌细胞生长的。
Objective\ To study the mechanism of radioactive ray in the treatment of human cervical carcinoma.Methods\ Three types of cells were closed in 60 Co,with different radiation doses,the cells show different character.Results\ The cells show abnormal hyperplasia under 400cGy of 60 Co treatment,apoptosis appeared when the cells were treated by higher radiation dose.With the increase of radiation doses,the number of apoptosis increases.Conclusion\ Apoptosis induced by radioactive ray can suppress the growth of human cervical cancer cells.
