摘要
对晶体闸流管逆变式弧焊电源单片机控制系统进行了研究,在介绍硬件电路和软件系统的基础上,对电源的4种外特性的实现作了较详细的讨论,实测了电源的外特性曲线,并做了焊接工艺试验。
A single-chip microcomputer control system for the thyratron reversed power source arc welding has been developed. On the base of introducing the hardware circuit and software system, this paper discussed in detail the realization of 4 kind of power source external characteristic and determined it actually and some welding experiments were conducted as well in this study.
