摘要
本文通过对可控硅串联半桥逆变器的输出功率计算,建立了功率补偿方案的数学模型,并设计出了具有对网压波动和弧长变化引起的输出功率变化补偿功能的脉冲发生器。在此基础上,研制出具有恒功率外特性的手弧焊和波控式CO_2焊两种功能的逆变电源。
In this paper, a mathematical model for power compensation was put foward through the out put power calculation of the half-bridge inverter of thyristors in scries connection, and a pulse generator, which can compensate out put power change resulted from the flunctuation of net voltage and arc length, was carried out finally, an inverter power source ty which both MMA ard CO_2 GMA welding with wave form control function was developed.
