摘要
研究了以开关速度很快的IGBT作为逆变元件的交流方波弧焊电源。讨论了该电源的工作原理及影响交流方波电弧稳定性的因素,通过焊接工艺试验表明,IGBT交流方波电源可在很低空载电压(30V)、很小焊接电流(15A)下,不用稳弧装置满意地进行铝的TIG焊接。
This paper deals with a new type square wave power supply for A. C. arc welding in which very fast switching element IGBT is used for its inverter. In the paper, the principle of the power supply and the factors affacting the stability of the square wave A. C. arc are disscussed. And the welding tests show that this power supply can be satisfactorily used for TIG welding of aluminum without any arc stabilizer at very low OCV(30V) and very small welding current (15A).
