摘要
阐述了铝合金焊接时的阴极清理机理,重点介绍了W SE型方波交直流逆变焊机的电源主电路、控制电路及焊接时不对称方波的实现方法,分析了二次逆变开关管的功率损耗,及该类焊接电源的主要优点。
Mechanism of cathode cleaning in the case of aluminum alloy welding is described. Main circuit of power supply and control circuit of Model WSE AC - DC square - waves invert welder as well as implementing methods of unsymmetrical square -waves at the time of welding are emphatically presented. Meanwhile, the power loss of secondary invert switching tube, and the main advantages of this welding power supply are analyzed.
