A Review on Joining of Carbon/Carbon Composites

摘要 对近年来用粘接以及用石墨、硼、硼化物、碳化物、金属、金属间化合物和玻璃等作中间层连接碳/碳复合材料的新方法进行了概述;介绍了碳/碳复合材料与铝、铜的粘接及钎焊连接工艺。 New methods for joining of carbon/carbon composites are reviewed, including adhesive joining and those with use of graphite, boron, borides, carbides, metal, intermetallic compounds and glasses as intermediate layers. The adhesive and brazing joining processes between carbon/carbon composites and aluminum or cooper are also introduced.
