热处理温度对钼酚醛树脂连接炭/炭复合材料接头性能的影响

Effects of Heat Treatment Temperature on the Joining Properties of C/C Composites Using Molybdenum Phenolic Resin

摘要 以钼酚醛树脂为原料基体,添加适量的钼粉,对炭炭复合材料进行连接试验,测试了不同温度处理后接头的室温剪切强度。结果表明,经1500℃处理后接头仍保持较高的连接强度,可达13.3MPa。利用XRD和SEM研究了接头的组成和形貌,发现添加适量钼粉后,不但可以降低酚醛树脂在炭化过程中的体积收缩,还能在1100℃时原位生成Mo2C来提高接头的连接强度。 Carbon-carbon composites had been joined by using molybdenum phenolic resin mixed with molybdenum powders. The shear strength of the joint heat-treated at different temperatures were tested at room temperature. The results show that a satisfactory shear strength of 13.3MPa obtains for the joint after heat-treatment at 1500℃. SEM and XRD were used to analyze microstructure and component of the joint. Molybdenum powders can not only reduce the volume shrinking when molybdenum phenolic resin is carbonized, but form in situ single-phase Mo_2C by chemical reactions between C and Mo at 1100℃.Therefore, the strength of joint is enhanced.
