摘要
研究了有机铬对热应激下蛋鸡的各种血细胞的影响。研究结果表明:对热应激下的蛋鸡补充有机铬(GTF),可对蛋鸡的红细胞数量、白细胞数量和异嗜性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、单核细胞及异嗜性粒细胞/淋巴细胞(H/L)的比率有影响,并增强蛋鸡机体的免疫反应,缓解因热应激所引起的全身性非特异性免疫反应。
The effect of organic chromium on the blood cells of heat stressed layers was studied. The result showed that the supplementation of organic chromium for heat stressed layers had effected the number of red blood cells and white blood cells, the percentage of heterophilic granulocyte, lymphocyte and monocyte, and the ratio of H/L. Chromium strengthened the immune response and alleviated the no- specific immune response due to heat stress for the whole bodies of the layers.
