饲粮铬对0~3周龄肉鸡生长、血清生化特性和免疫功能的影响 被引量:51

摘要 用1 日龄Arbor Acres( AA) 商品代肉公鸡384 只,研究饲粮添加铬源与铬水平对0 ~3周龄肉鸡生长、血清生化特性和免疫功能的影响。试鸡按体重随机分为8 组,分别喂以未添加铬的玉米豆粕型基础饲粮( 含铬034 mg/kg) 及这种基础饲粮分别添加04 、20、100 mg/kg 铬分别源于三氯化铬和酵母铬的饲粮以及200 mg/kg 铬源于三氯化铬的饲粮。铬源除对3 周末肉仔鸡的血清葡萄糖浓度有明显( P< 003) 影响外,对观测的所有其它指标均无影响( P> 014) ;铬水平对肉仔鸡3 周期间的日增重( P< 001) 、采食量( P< 009) 及饲料转化效率( P< 006) 与3 周末血清尿酸浓度( P< 001) 、碱性磷酸酶活性(AKP,P< 007) 及鸡新城疫抗体滴度( P< 00001) 有显著影响,而对血清葡萄糖、胆固醇、甘油三酯、全血T 淋巴细胞百分率与胸腺、法氏囊及脾脏的相对重量无影响( P> 016) 。上述指标均未观测到铬源与铬水平间的互作影响( P> 018) 。三氯化铬源组鸡的血清葡萄糖浓度显著低于酵母铬源组( P< 003) 。获得最大日增重、最少耗料/ 增重和最大血清抗体? An experiment was conducted using a total of 384 day old Arbor Acres male broilers to investigate the effects of dietary added Cr source and Cr level on growth,serum biochemical traits and immune responses of the broilers during 0~3 weeks of age Chicks were randomly allotted by body weight to one of eight treatments,and fed a basal corn soybean meal diet containing 0 34 mg/kg Cr and the basal diets supplemented with 0 4,2 0 or 10 0 mg/kg Cr as either CrCl 3 6H 2O or yeast Cr and with 20 0 mg/kg Cr as CrCl 3 6H 2O,respectively Chromium source had no effect (P>0 14) on all other indices measured except for serum glucose concentration (P<0 03) at the end of week 3;Cr level influenced daily gain (P<0 01),feed intake (P<0 09) and feed conversion rate (P<0 06) during 0~3 weeks of age,and serum uric acid concentration (P<0 01),alkaline phosphatase (AKP)activity (P<0 07) and antibody titer to newcastle disease vaccine (NDV) (P<0 0001) at the end of week 3,but had no effect (P>0 16) on serum glucose,cholesterol and triglyceride,blood T lymphocyte percentage,and relative weights of thymus,fabricius bursa and spleen; and no Cr source by Cr level interactions (P>0 18) were observed for all of the above indices The chicks given the diets with CrCl 3 6H 2O as Cr source had a lower (P<0 03) serum glucose concentration than those given the diets with yeast Cr as Cr source The chicks had the greatest daily gain,the lowest feed intake per unit of gain and the highest serum antibody titer to NDV at 2 0 mg/kg Cr level,the highest serum AKP activity at 0 4 mg/kg Cr level,and the lowest serum uric acid concentrations at 10 0 and 20 0 mg/kg Cr levels The results from this study indicate that Cr chloride was biologically more active than yeast Cr in reducing serum glucose,however,the two Cr sources were equally effective to broiler chicks in affecting all other indices measured;And 2 0mg/kg added Cr to the basal corn soybean meal diet (2 34mg/kg total Cr content in the diet) might be an optimal level for fast growing broiler chicks during 0~3 weeks of age
