摘要
通过对电弧和熔池表面的谱线分析和对比,提出可能的近弧区图像观察窗口。确定了Ar弧焊及CO_2气体保护焊在低碳钢母材上的相应观察窗口,由此开发出焊接机器人视觉系统,并在汽车后桥上得到应用。
Through analytical comparison to the spectrums from arc column and pool surface, possibility of visual window of arcing area image is put forward. Correspondingly,a visual window used for welding mild steel with Ar and CO_2 shielding gases is determined. On the basis of this principle, a visual system of welding robot is developed and applied to production practice for rear axles of automobile.
